Gatewood

Gatewood Hills and Gatewood Heights are single family homes at the northeast corner of Rancho Bernardo Road and Pomerado.

These homes were built in the late 60s and 70s. Many have beautiful views. Gatewood Hills is a subdivision of tract homes surrounding Gatewood Heights, which has custom homes.

 

This is definitely a kid-friendly neighborhood and children can walk to Chaparral Elementary, one of the finest elementary schools in the Poway Unified School District.

Because of its unique layout based upon concentric circle streets, there is virtually no through traffic in Gatewood.

Gatewood residents enjoy the recreation facilities at the Rancho Bernardo Swim & Tennis Club.
